Opening the optional exact-location map also connects to Google to display the map and its selected area. Exact addresses and coordinates you add to a listing are not shown publicly unless you choose public visibility.
3. WhatsApp & Public Listings
By listing an item on AgriMarket, you understand that your contact number may be made available to potential buyers to facilitate trade. When joining our WhatsApp Auction Groups, your phone number becomes visible to other participants in the group as per WhatsApp's native functionality.
4. The 4% Admin Fee & Payments
For transactions processed through our Admin Brokerage, we collect banking details only for the purpose of transferring funds between buyer and seller. This data is encrypted and handled via secure, audited backend protocols.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, or as required by South African tax and legal regulations.
