Your Right to be Forgotten

In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), AgriMarket respects your right to have your personal data deleted. Whether you have sold your farm, retired, or simply wish to close your account, we make the process straightforward.

What Data Will Be Removed?

Upon a successful deletion request, we permanently purge:

• Your User Profile (Name, Email, Password).
• Verified Phone Numbers.
• All active and archived Marketplace Listings.
• Stored images of your livestock or equipment.

Exceptions

Please note that we are legally required to retain certain Transaction Data (invoices and financial records) related to our 4% Admin Brokerage services for tax and auditing purposes as required by SARS.
