1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing agrimarket.co or joining any official AgriMarket WhatsApp group, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Marketplace Conduct

Users must provide accurate, honest information for all listings. You agree not to:

Post fraudulent or misleading descriptions of livestock or machinery.
Use the platform to distribute spam or malicious content.
Circumvent agreed-upon brokerage fees for auction-based sales.

3. WhatsApp Auction & Brokerage Rules

Our WhatsApp Auctions are designed for secure, rapid trade. By participating, you agree to the following:

The 4% Fee: A flat brokerage fee of 4% is applicable to all successful auction transactions processed through our Admin Brokers.
Binding Bids: A bid placed in the WhatsApp group is a legal intent to purchase. Retracting bids without valid reason may result in a permanent ban.
Payment: Buyers must settle the full amount into the AgriMarket trust account before stock is released for transport.

4. "As-Is" Sales

AgriMarket facilitates the connection but is not the owner of the goods. Unless specified otherwise, all agricultural products, livestock, and machinery are sold "as-is." We strongly encourage buyers to inspect items or request veterinary certificates where applicable before finalizing large trades.

5. Limitation of Liability

AgriMarket shall not be held liable for any losses, injuries, or deaths of livestock during transport, nor for mechanical failures of machinery after the point of sale. Our role is strictly limited to marketplace facilitation and secure payment brokerage.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a buyer and seller, AgriMarket will act as a mediator only if the transaction was processed through our Admin Brokerage. Direct deals made outside our secure payment flow are at the users' own risk.
